The importance of quality in Aguaema

Quality, in all its aspects and applied to the entire business process, has always been a constant in Aguaema. This search has led the company to be and be certified by one of the most prestigious companies in quality certification, AENOR., For its application to: Hydraulic and Derivative Constructions (Supply, Sanitation, water treatments), Civil Works (Roads, Buildings, Auxiliary Facilities, Earth Movements, Bridges, Structures), Public and Private Works.
The idea of ​​implementing a system of quality in the company arose from a successful decision of the Management to stand out from the competition. Today, Aguaema is a company with a wide experience in quality, thanks to the fact that the system initially devised has remained "alive". In other words, over the years it has been adapted to the needs of the work developed by the promoter, and for this reason it has managed to have a clearly established and consolidated Quality System.

Processes in constant updating and under rigorous controls

A company that believes in quality as Aguaema does not only refer to completing forms and creating codes, but constantly feeds it with the conviction that it is valid. In terms of quality the evolution never ends, on the one hand because the company itself does not stop and on the other because the quality regulations also undergo changes in order to adapt to the needs of the market and the companies.
If the primary objective of Aguaema is to walk towards the best product, the Quality System is a primary tool to achieve this. However, it must be used properly and with the knowledge of the purpose of each requirement of the same.
The Quality System controls each and every one of the processes that are developed in the company from the evaluation of suppliers (subcontractors, banks and insurers, etc.) through the internal control and analysis of incidents or mode in which it is necessary to attend to a client in a determined moment, that is to say, sets the guidelines to follow in each and every one of the processes

The satisfaction of our customers, our priority

The whole quality system revolves around the principle of achieving customer satisfaction, and for this it is not enough to draw conclusions based on intuitions but, according to the standard, objective data and mechanisms must be established to measure their degree of satisfaction . Obviously, the best indicator of product quality is always the customers.
To this end, a survey has been designed and included in the Aguaema Quality System which, through some very specific questions, allows us to know the customers' valuation of the product, which is today highly satisfactory.
In order for all this quality control gear to work perfectly, the figure of Quality Manager has been created in Aguaema, which throughout the year has trained the professionals of the different departments of the company in this matter.
Likewise, the Quality Committee has been restructured, which has been integrated by a representative appointed by each department and the commercial delegates, in order to make it more operational. This committee, which meets every four months, is responsible for coordinating and controlling the Quality System, analyzing the problems that have arisen around it, in short, to facilitate the creation of a flow of interdepartmental information on quality.
